    Calling all seafoodies!

Eating fish is good for you, and eating the right fish is good for our planet! Shedd Aquarium’s sustainable seafood program, Right Bite, educates the public on how our seafood choices can impact the health of our oceans. Join Shedd for an evening of sustainable sushi making, where guests can experience first-hand some ways of preparing (and enjoying!) ocean-friendly seafood.

Explore your talents of sushi rolling with experts from Plitt Seafood Company. They will lead you through the steps of creating your own sustainable seafood sushi roll and award the best ‘chefs’ with prizes! Join Shedd staff for a tour of aquarium residents who play an important role in our Right Bite program. End the evening with coffee and themed desserts.
Sake, chopsticks and rolling mats included!
Sushi will highlight sustainable options including smoked wild salmon and dungeness crab.
