    Kitchen Chicago has invited Tom McClure, Vice President, and George Burny, President/CEO of Barrington Packaging Systems Group to give a presentation "Beyond the Test Kitchen: Commercializing Your Idea and Bringing Your Product to Market." Tom & George will be discussing a variety of topics, including packaging, pricing, building a brand, and product distribution.

    BPSG is a single source packaging resource, with a customer base consisting mainly of small to medium sized food companies, principally in the Midwest. The BPSG management/ownership team has literally decades of experience in the food industry, retail, and classic packaged goods marketing.

    Kitchen Chicago has invited Tim Shekleton, from the Illinois Department of Public Health to speak on proper food labeling and sanitation guidelines.

    Tim has worked for the IDPH, both trained and active in food, for 25 years. He has worked with a wide array of food & food businesses, including bakeries, juices, seafood, dairy, and canning. Tim has been conducting seminars with the IDPH for over 10 years.
