Tom & George will be discussing a variety of topics, including packaging, pricing, building a brand, and product distribution.

Kitchen Chicago has invited Tim Shekleton, from the Illinois Department of Public Health to speak on proper food labeling and sanitation guidelines.
Tim has worked for the IDPH, both trained and active in food, for 25 years. He has worked with a wide array of food & food businesses, including bakeries, juices, seafood, dairy, and canning. Tim has been conducting seminars with the IDPH for over 10 years.
