Got this email yesterday and want to pass it along. I have only been to the Maple Tree once and it was good. The Crawfish fest sounds pretty sweet.

The food was great. We got there a little late but there was still lots of everything. Was a bit crowded at first and then as soon as the Blackhawks game started it cleared out big time. There was a band there also, sounded good and went great with the foods and brews.

The spare ribs, shrimps and crawdad'z were great. Spiced right and did not need or want any sauce on anything. The ribs, boil potatoes and mud bugs were my favorites and I ate all I could till they took the food away and started to close up! 8) I wished I got a slab or so to go!
    Great brew-ski's on tap also!

One thing I really like is the setting of this place, it has a good amount of old world charm in out and all around it.
