Grand Chefs Gala - January 28, 2011

The Grand Chefs Gala is a fundraiser to benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation taking place on Friday, January 28, 2011 at the Fairmont Chicago - Millennium Park. This year's theme is the Emerald City. The evening consists of a VIP reception, followed by hors d'oeuvres, a three-course dinner and, finally, desserts, cocktails and dancing. The Jean Banchet Awards for Culinary Excellence are presented during dinner. Below is the list of participating chefs and mixologists, schedule for the evening and ticket information.
