Hello food-loving friends. Granted I am BIASED, but I have to send a shout out for this dinner-event. I have eaten many yummy meals at (k)new...and at the owner/chef's previous, very popular restaurant "Think." My favorites include: seared tuna encrusted in something yummy, succulent pan-fried scallops with grilled pineapple, tenderloin with dates and a tangy-sweet reduction...not to overlook all the more subtle pasta dishes and salads (such as white asparagus). Chef Omar always incorporates some new vegetable I've never heard of or "micro-greeen" from the farmer's market. Basically, this is where we take out of town guests when we want a special meal and warm, friendly atmosphere. We have become friends with Ryvkah over the years, since even on a busy night, she takes the time to visit and see how we're liking the food, and what is new.

So maybe you'll come join us there on June 9th! The menu is vegetarian friendly, and with WINE, TAX and GRATUITY INCLUDED, you can't go wrong. Better still, know that 100% of the profit goes to rescue/adoption of wonderful dogs who have worked hard and are ready for the good life.
