Dinner July 15-16 & 22-23/West Pilsen

Hey everyone,
I'm new to this forum, and lovin' it so far. For the past few months we have been hosting some dining events out of our apartment in Pilsen and we wanted to open them up to new people who like to eat!

We are doing a dinner on July 15th & 16th. Join in the fun!

Menu:
1ST. Tartar
watermelon, octopus, feta, mint
2ND. Popover
guinea hen, porcini, carrot, pearl onion
3RD. Salad
asparagus, prosciutto, quail egg, parmesan
MAIN. Pig of the Sea
pork, tuna, marcona, mango, piquillo, wasabi
LAST. S’more
graham cake, roasted marshmallow, ganache

Dinner is served at our communal table in West Pilsen. We have room for twelve people at our communal table. Reservations are first come, first served.
We like to request a $40 donation to cover costs.
It is a BYOB event.
Doors open at 7:00PM, food starts coming out around 7:30. Dinner usually last about three hours.

We still have seats available for the 15th & 16th, but due to the interest in the menu and people who couldn't make it (Pitchfork weekend...), we added dinners for the 22nd and 23rd.
