2011 BRAHAM PIE DAY • Friday, August 5th

Pie Art2 and Hat Show!+

Yes! It’s time to create Pie Art for Braham Pie Day! Grab your brushes, paints, pencils, clay, crayons, camera, hat base, or your favorite medium, and start creating that wonderful piece of Art for the 22nd Annual Pie Art2 and Hat Show!

There is no entry fee and we will be awarding fabulous prizes and cash! Your Art may focus on eating pie, making pie, harvesting or growing pie ingredients, edible pie, mathematical pi, or celebrating Braham, the Homemade Pie Capital of Minnesota. Your Art may be as elegant, humorous, serious, or whimsical as you wish!

Here’s a great opportunity to show your uniquely creative way of expressing yourself in a pie-art-like manner!

The exhibit will be at the APH Law Office, 104 South Main Street in Braham, across from the Bank. Please bring your Art to the APH Law Office on Wednesday, August 3, from 3:00-5:00 p.m. (If you cannot deliver your Art at that time, please drop it off at Braham Country Floral, 128 W. Central Drive, 320-396-2188. )

After Pie Day, the Art Show will be on display at the Park Café until September 1st. Please pick up your Pie Art on Thursday, September 1, 2011 at the Park Café, or you may pick it up after that at the Floral Shop.

Please have your Art ready to exhibit, and please secure an entry form to each piece of Art you submit, limited to three entries per category. See this email’s attachment.
All Art will be judged on Wednesday evening, August 3rd. Awards will be posted on the Artwork, and winners will be announced on stage at 5:50 p.m. on Pie Day. The Pie Day Committee may purchase Art to add to the permanent Pie Art Collection, as recommended by the Pie Day Art Show Curator.

The Art Show will be on display at the Park Cafe,
124 South Main Street, after Pie Day until September 1st.
Please pick up your Art that day.
If that's not possible, then you may retrieve it later from Braham Country Floral.
