A Very S&M Thanksgiving!

Hey LTHers,
Thanksgiving is our favorite day because we get to cook and feast! As things worked out this year, me and M are alone for the big day, so we have decided to host a Smunderground Thanksgiving Feast. Unlike our usual dinners, we will be joining the table to grub down. We're going to have a few plated apps and then we'll all feast together family style. In the spirit of Thanksgiving, we are offering this dinner as a "pay what you'd like" affair. We are suggesting a donation of $50 to help cover costs, but we don't want that to keep anyone interested away! We want this to be a fun communal event for everyone involved, so come eat our food!

Menu: Thanksgiving, Thursday November 24th
1ST. Arancini
black rice, quince, manchego
2ND. Short Rib
orange, carrot, cinnamon, shallot
3RD. Ravioli
quail egg, bacon, arugula, asparagus
4TH. Family Style
lamb, duck, horseradish mashed, stuffing croquettes, etc... it will be tons of grub!
LAST. Tart
chocolate tart, lemon tart, pomegranate ice cream
