Share the Story of Your Kitchen Treasure

    March 7th at 7:15 pm

For this meeting, CHEW members are invited to bring their most unusual cooking implement: a trusted old kitchen tool, an extravagant piece from a family silver set, an heirloom cookie iron from the old country. We'll ask each person to share the story behind the utensil or equipment. If you like, please also bring a dish you've cooked from from your implement, for meeting participants to enjoy. Let's dig out those beloved China caps, aebleskiers, metates, and other doohickeys, and have some food-history fun!
