E-Dogz + Zaragoza= E to tha Z 2. Saturday, April 21st

I finally dusted off the old E-Dogz trailer for the warm seasons (if I'd known it was going to be 80 in March I would have reserved more calendar real estate!). To mark the first anniversary of our collaboration, Jonathan Zaragoza, aka Z-Dog, aka Goat Boy Int'l, and I will be cooking up our irreverent take on Mexican street food. If you missed "The Dream" Torta Ahogada de Birria last time, now is your chance! Also on the menu- Five Spice Duck "Confitas" tacos, Wild Mushroom and Ramp tacos, and (recipe still in progress) something with rhubarb. Beverages- one home made and another of the adult variety will be available too.

The trailer will be parked in front of Roots & Culture Contemporary Art Center on Milwaukee Ave. (two doors down from Butcher & Larder). Tickets will be on sale inside the gallery. 1 ticket = 1 item (food or bev.) and 1 ticket = $3, 2 tickets = $5. FCFS.
