Prove your mettle under the sharp knives and watchful eye of new Chicago resident Chef Grayson Schmitz (Top Chef: Texas Season 9) as she puts you to work prepping and cooking a multi-coursed meal for, well, you. Beer pairings from 5 Rabbit will accompany this intimate, family-style dinner that guests will make and share together with Chef from her recipes.
