That's why Chef Chris Reed and his staff wish to welcome you to the bold Dutch custom of the Rijsttafeln - the native cuisine of Indonesia that the Dutch discovered when expanding on their empire. Some 400 years in the making, the Rijsttafeln consists of a treasure trove of Old World delicacies, brought to life and executed to perfection in this monthly informal dinner party.
