The Dinners
To whom it may concern
Chef Brain Fisher of Schwa and Matthew Jozwiak of Noma and Pierre Orsis have organized a tasting menu using techniques and flavor combinations we haven't been able to use in our own kitchens.
The Cost for one diner will be 75 dollars and the first dinner is on the 15th of October at Lokal in wicker park. There will be around 16 courses. We can only provide for 15 diners a dinner so space is very limited
