Discover the origins of the Fox Cities area’s most iconic food traditions, including fish fries, brandy old fashioneds, frozen custard, lager beer and sausages. Learn how historical and contemporary immigration shaped the area’s menus. Spear a sturgeon in a virtual shanty. Tell us about your favorite food traditions. Take home a recipe or two. Memorabilia from many long-time and some up-and-coming food vendors are represented in the exhibit, from pizza purveyors to drive-ins, food trucks and supper clubs. For info visit:
