Ehran Ostrriecher, owner, and Andrea Deibler, butcher (that's me) would like you to join them for an upcoming butcher demo on Sunday, March 2nd at 5 pm at Company in Evanston. The evening includes whole hog butcher demo, followed by a three course family style dinner, beer and cider as well as cuts from the hog to take home.
