Teeny's Tour of Pie: A Cookbook is a love letter to a celebrated dessert (arguably America’s favorite, per the WSJ last weekend—what’s more American than apple pie?) through perfected seasonal pie recipes, from a young woman determined to master the art, conquer the crust, and find her true calling in the process.  

DC based blogger and baker Teeny Lamothe takes us along on her whirlwind “Tour of Pie,” a traveling apprenticeship throughout the United States, learning the secrets of regional expert bakers and sharing with us what she’s learned and perfected along the way. Teeny runs her Washington, D.C. based wholesale and custom pie-baking business, Teeny Pies, with the motto “Eat pie. Be happy. Eat more pie.”

Naturally, pie will be served, so come hungry!
