Looking for quick summer meal ideas and good use of leftovers and overflowing herb garden?

Sign up today for the Peterson Garden Project "Taste Test? with LTH Forum - DIY roll your own Vietnamese Summer Rolls. I'll be leading this session on Tuesday, March 31 from 7:00-9:00 at the Fearless Food Kitchen.

It will be hands on, and you will make the traditional peanut sauce for dipping, and roll your own traditional (pork belly and shrimp), a vegetarian (bi chay from Nhu Lan), and fusion versions with readily available and quick ingredients.

BYOB - Pairs perfectly with warm weather libations such as beer and Rose.

Hey LTHers, our own petite_gourmande is teaching a class on Vietnamese summer rolls this coming Tuesday at the Fearless Food Kitchen in the Broadway Armory, it starts at 7 and runs to 9. In it you'll learn all her techniques including how to roll them without tearing the wrappers (something I'm guilty of). This is a hands on class so you'll not only get to prepare the food, but sit down and eat it after. Come join like minded cooks, click on the link and sign up for the class.

Thanks for the shout-out, MB and Jen. Just finished prepping, should be fun. Who doesn't love a big fat roll of good stuff? :)
