NEW DATE--rescheduled from February--hope to see some of you there!!

If you've had Cuban food in Tampa, you know that it's delicious and wonderful and not the same as Cuban or Spanish food anywhere else. So how do you find that in Chicago??? Well, from what I've had around here, you won't--but you CAN learn to make it yourself.

So whether you've never had it and want to try it, jonesing for the flavors of home or a great vacation or looking to expand your cooking skills to a cuisine that is unique and tasty, we have a GREAT class for you.

Sign up today for the Peterson Garden Project "Taste Test" with LTH Forum- Cuban Food: Tampa Style!! I'll be leading this session on Tuesday, April 14th from 7:00-9:00 at the Fearless Food Kitchen. We'll be making Devil Crab and Spanish Bean Soup--and I've even brought a few special surprises to share with the class, straight from Brocato's in Tampa. So go to the link and see you on the 17th!

Do you think they'll ever re-run this. My dad was from St. Pete, so I grew up with Tampa Cuban, and I'd love to take this class -- but I'm booked tomorrow night.

I'd love to teach it again--probably depends on the group's response--it sold pretty well so hopefully!!

If it helps, I have a couple of friends with huge, fabulous kitchens, where we have staged cooking classes in the past with other chefs who are also friends. Let me know if that might make a difference, and I'll ask.

Proceeds from these classes go towards Peterson Garden Project's charitable initiatives--I donate my time for the class so it's not really something I'd probably do outside of there. But if there's interest in getting a few of your friends together to attend the class at our kitchen, I'm sure that would help get another date on the schedule!!
