    Saturday's Program at the Food and Dining Stage

    One of my favorite weekends of the year, especially when there are a series of interesting talks at the Tribune's Food and Dining stage.

    This year, I will be there via Greater Midwest Foodways, which is hosting a table to facilitate author appearances by Midwestern authors and (mostly) Midwestern topics. There are a few author-appearance slots open, if anyone wishes to have one by simply acquiring a membership in Greater Midwest Foodways.
