Roasted Saikyo Miso Marinated Chilean Sea Bass paired with Macallan 12 Sherry Oak.
second course
Smoked Salmon Croquette paired with Macallan 12 Fine Oak.
third course
Smoked Pork Belly Wrapped Venison paired with Macallan 15 Year.
fourth course
Dark Chocolate Pave paired with Macallan Rare Cask.
Additional Details: One bottle of Macallan Rare Cask will be given away at the end of the event (average worth $298).
