Oh, man, I am really sorry I missed this. I have been busy so held off RSVP'ing, then resolved to just show up, then got corralled into an obligatory dinner with an out-of-town co-worker--which was an enjoyable enough meal but ...

Anyone want a do-over sometime in the next couple of weeks?

Gary covered the meal thoroughly, so I'll just throw in a couple more images from what was a terrific evening. What I especially appreciated about eating at Sun Wah with a group this large -- and Gary at the helm -- is that I got much deeper into their menu than I ever had before. It was great tasting some things that I really didn't even know were offered . . .

Hmmm . . . I'm glad you didn't provide any streaming video. I think I'll work on my technique for the next visit.

But what a great dinner. Loved the soup . . . excellent dumplings really made the dish. I think I've had that soup before but don't recall enjoying it as much as I did this evening. And while I have always loved Sun Wah's pork, duck and noodle dishes, the octopus whiskers were the revelation of the evening for me -- so crisp, great flavor and the peppers added an interesting dimension to the dish -- a must order on my next visit.
