Thanks Pairs for hosting this month. The food was fabulous the desserts scrumptious and your home was lovely. I am in a food coma. It's a wonder I made it home!

Thank you for hosting. Wonderful time. And the food!!!!!! Your dinner, mmmmm.... the beans were amazing, and the slaw; well, some found its way home. Breakfast can be anything I want. I'm a grown-up.
On to the last course. Have not tasted everything yet. So far though, whoa!!! Dobra, Dobra, Dobra. I would pay for that cake. Why, I think I will. Fine job, madam. Next. Pound cake is lovely. Kudos again, P4L. Next. The chocolate confection, dense, perfection. Not too sweet. Oh, oh, oh. That was my first dessert. Thanks.
I will make the carrot torte next exchange. And a new item for me. A wonderful dessert without eggs, dairy, corn. And very little sugar. And decadent. Throughly bad. The end.
PS No, not yet, my lovelies. The pet. I will pet sit anytime. So that is what it's like to have a well trained dog. Hmmmmm....bye

    Hi,

If it is not settled, I could do it. Unless going 25 miles north of Chicago produces nosebleeds. I can forgo the honor to someone else.

    I do have a cat.

    Yes Cathy,

That would be great. We were so busy talking, I overlooked reminding folks of this detail (I'll blame it on the "Take Me Home Box") 8).

    What date and time?

    Hi,

I just double-checked the calendar to find Passover starts later in the month. Is April 10th ok? If 5 pm works for everyone, fine. If you want to do it earlier in the day, that's ok, too.

Well, I'll have to pass on this exchange. I will be out of town that weekend and won't return until mid-afternoon on Sunday. The carrot torte and mystery dessert will have to wait to be introduced. The darlings.

Ava said the date was fine, but earlier would be better. Pie Lady said anytime after noon. Cathy picked 1:00 p.m. and then Ava said she had the other thing at 12:30 p.m. Cathy was trying to be accomodating.

    HI,

Ava is at the Botanic Gardens for a program ending approximately 2:30 pm. If we met at 2:30 or 3:00 pm, she can join us without looking to kill time somewhere.
