I'm hoping at least 15% will be #5.
Bring slightly more servings than people RSVPed? Or less as many will be picky and not try everything? Or much more as many show up without RSVPing? Will the RSVPs jump at the last minute? I've already special order purchased the serving units (80) from the bakery, and can't get more easily before the picnic.
How do people label their items? Tent card? Magic Marker on masking tape? What fraction include the recipe?
