I would very much like to attend this gathering and will make appropriate inquiries with the relevant familial units forthwith regarding their interest and availability... or something like that...

Do you think you might still be there at 8:30? I have Spanish class tonight but would love to stop by - at least for a gelato.

    FFS,

Pizzas there are 12-15 dollars without antipasti or desserts, which are likely to be ordered. These are not Burt's pizza's where several people can eat their fill from a single pizza. Effectively people order almost a pizza a person at Spacca Napoli.

If spending less than $20 is important to you, then you might want to consider a solo lunch.

    Cathy2

As you've surmised, spending less than $20 per meal is pretty important to me, which places me in a pretty tough spot. I made the decision to attend earlier based on the lower end of the Metromix Av. Dinner Entree range (i.e., $8-$15), but I should've figured that the per-person cost for dinner would trend toward the higher end of the spectrum. Dagnabbit... I hate to be a confirm-it-and-run, but I think I'll have to pass on this one. Sorry about pulling out, Gary. Hopefully you'll forgive me if I make a Today Show (lunch-special) run to Honey 1 BBQ instead. Seriously, my bad.

    Regretfully yours,
    Dan

If I'm tracking correctly, there are two spots left, and Ms. JoeG. and I would like to fill them.

See you there, or let us down gently if I missed the count or someone filled in by PM.

    Choey,

You are the one awarding the GNR, if anyone sits by the oven it will be the ever irascible Peter D. :)

Kidding aside (sort of) I'm sure we can squeeze in one more person.

    *drooling and green with envy*

Wish I could make it! Take lots of pix, Gary!!

Thanks for posting the approximate pizza price, Cathy...I'd been wondering about that. Somehow I got it into my head that the restaurant doesn't list prices on their menus, and that each pizza was something like $30, so I was saving Spacca Napoli for a Very Special Visit Sometime in the Future. But now that I know that - no problem, I'll go soon!
