Can't attend, but I did have occasion to sample the Black Chook Shiraz/Viognier and the Kaesler GSM last Saturday.

Both were very good, and the Black Chook bordered on excellent (particularly at the price). None of the recent Aussie heavy, sweet, punch you in the face simplicity that has turned me off from my old Shiraz standby's. If those those two are any indication of the quality of this tasting, it should be good.

    Dicksond,
Sorry you won't be able to attend. I am looking forward to this tasting as we are going to have a great diversity of wines open to compare and contrast. Epicureans portfolio isn't that super concentrated, over the top style. Their big wines but well balanced.

Keep a lookout for our next seminar that will be sometime in the late summer/early fall.

    Thanks,
    Craig
