LASSI (Yogurt based milkshake)
Cool refreshing summer drink made with buttermilk. Can
be served sweetened or salty.
TANDOORI SHRIMP
Butterflied shrimp marinated in spices and grilled.
Served along with fried okra and sliced red onions,
sprinkled with chaat masala.
LAMB KOFTA CURRY
Ground lamb balls cooked in a tomatoes and yogurt
gravy, and mild herbs and spices.
VAANGEE BAATH (Spicy rice with baby egg plant)
Baby egg plant cooked in spices and mixed with
fragrant basmati rice.
CARROT RAITA
Shredded carrots sautéed with green chillis, mustard
seeds and mixed with cool yogurt.
DOUBLE KAA MITHA (Bread Pudding)
Hyderabad favorite made with whole milk, sugar, eggs
and mildly flavored with cardamom powder.
