Batura
Indian bread made from frozen bread rolls, thawed and
rolled into 6-8inch circles and deep fried. Served
with chole.
Chole curry
Chick pea’s curry made with ground onions and tomatoes
and spices. Served with baturas.
Chattinad Chicken Curry
Typically a south Indian chicken curry made with
variety of spices and coconut milk.
Egg curry
Hard boiled eggs cooked in thick coconut, tomatoes and
tamarind curry sauce.
Fish cutlets
Wash and drain canned tuna (in water). Mix with mash
potatoes, finely chopped onions, garam masala, beaten
egg and cilantro. Make patties and shallow fry.
