So since there seems to be some interest but in light of the holidays starting next week, just thought I'd take some initiative and open the conversation to see if there is (a) significant interest and (b) a kitchen that could accommodate a group of people?
In my minds' eye, I envision everyone bringing their own pots and ingredients, but working as a group to master the proportions, seasonings and, texture. Of course, whatever the group wanted would carry the day.
Anyway, if there's interest, please post on this thread. If you have a ginormous kitchen and want to host, let me know via PM.
I guess we could shoot for an early november time...post jewish holidays but pre holiday season.
