ITALIAN WINE EXPERT NICOLA BISCARDO: Born to a family of winemakers, wine expert Nicola Biscardo, who lives in Verona, Italy is very familiar with the country’s small vineyards and estates, bringing these lesser-known labels from across Italy to the U.S and into Eno on September 14, 2007. From 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., Eno will offer a special flight of Italian wines from Biscardo’s family’s vineyards, including Marchesi Biscardo Valpolicella, his namesake Feudo di San Nicola Negro Amaro and Gaierhof Moscato Giallo as guests enjoy the opportunity to learn about Italian winemaking in a casual setting.
