Late breaking opportunity:

mrbarolo and I were going to meet today for lunch at the new Indian place, Village. I'm not sure his health will permit, but I'm rarin' to go. So I'll be there about 12:30 today for any and all LTHers who are free to join me. I'm the food-obsessed guy ( )wearing jeans and a green work shirt.

For the geographically challenged, that puts it very close to the corner of Jackson and Canal. Not certain, but my guess is the west side of the street, just south of Jackson.

I'm recuperating nicely and, barring any late-breaking corporate stupidity, will show up. Meant to confirm, but time got away from me. (I'll be timidly glancing about and wearing a symphony of neutral olive.)
