I'm going give making my mom's homemade phyllo dough recipe a second try to see if I can get it even closer to how she makes it. From mixing to baking and eating, it's about a five hour process. Two LTHers are already joining me to watch and help roll out the dough. I can probably squeeze in two more people into my space. PM me if you would like to join us.
