Truffle Fest, Long Grove, March 7-9

The Olive Tap, 308 Old McHenry Road, Long Grove hosts Festa Tartuffi, 1 to 4 p.m. Friday and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Chef Guiseppi De Luca of De Luca's Truffles and Fine Italian Foods, former head chef at Poggio dei Principe Ristorante in Avellino, Italy, will showcase truffle oil, whole and sliced truffles, truffle salsa and truffle cream.
