As with our daily menu, we won't have things totally finalized until a few days before the dinner. We will use as much produce as possible for the dinner but will also be mixing in some charcuterie, gnocchi alla romana, and possibly roast chicken. The 5 courses will most likely be... antipasti, pasta, salad, entree + sides and dessert... maybe cheese?
Sorry if this is a bit vague but since we work with what is at the market it can be tough to plan more than a week ahead. It's possible that tomatoes will still be great in 2 weeks or it's possible that too much rain and a frost could end the season!
