I'd love for as many people here as possible to experience dining at my GNR nominee -- Prairie Grass Cafe -- and I was thinking it might be nice to have a brunch there (click here for brunch menu), so people can enjoy what may very well be my favorite meal they serve (not that I don't love their lunch and dinner, too
).
The plan is to have brunch at PGC on Saturday September 27 at 11:30 am.
Below are pictures of a couple of my favorite PGC brunch dishes . . .
PGC's Eggs Benedict
PGC's Potato Skins Topped with Scrambled Eggs
PGC's Surf & Turf Benedict
PGC's Smoked Salmon Benedict
Any and all LTHForum members and their family/friends are welcome and encouraged to join.
Please post here -- with the number in your party -- if you would like to join us this coming Saturday. I'll keep a running list of attendees here on the thread. Please reply by no later than 6 pm on Friday September 26. At that point, I'll call the restaurant and let them know how many of us will be coming the next morning. There's no need to cap attendance yet but if our group gets too large, I may have to cap it later.

Sounds good, tarte. Hopefully, I will be able to keep my feet planted on the floor on Friday night but my MIL will be joining us, so who knows . . .
We're up to 5 for brunch and hopefully, more will join us.
