9/24 2pm - visiting some GNR nominees

The Bride and I are planning to go visit 2 or 3 GNR nominees, starting at 2pm on Wednesday. A late lunch slides into a dinner or two. Here is what I think we will do, but if someone wants to go to different ones, that is okay too.

2pm - CND Gyros, followed by UruSwati, and then maybe Poochies to cap it with a fried salami sammy? Or maybe Myron and Phil's for a cocktail and a more gracious dinner?

Anyway, we are going to the city to overeat a bit - if anyone wants to join us, let me know.

I won't be able to join you, but I am quite tickled by the idea of following up "healing through food" with a big ol' grilled salami at Poochie's!

D, if your itinerary was backwards, we'd join you for lunch - but getting downtown is problematic - and Sparky's about had it with restaurants, even hot dog stands

I agree with Joe, though, that sounds like a delightful way to spend an afternoon - of course you need healing through food with a gyros melt on one side and a fried salami on the other!
