I have been looking forward to this for a week or so now. I even skipped a visit on Sunday since I knew this was right around the corner.

I enjoyed the meal last night @ Cajun Connection with G Wiv, stevez, and dicksond. The dining companions were as delightfull as was another return trip to Cajun Connection for me.

We dined on boudin balls(a first for me), deep fried crawfish, shrimp and gator. Deep fried oysters, forg legs, gumbo, crawfish, and shrimp etouffees, and a po'boy. We even sampled some of Ron's "smoked" brisket, and go to see his Alton Brownesque smoker he was using in the kitchen.

We also made a detour out to Rips in Ladd for the guys to try some fried chicken(Istuck with beer).

I tip my White Sox hat to these guys making the trek on a weeknight. Thanks for the company, and conversation.
