Please join us in honoring this year's GNR Award recipients at a dinner at 6:00 pm on Monday October 19 at Marie's Pizza:

Prospective Menu and Schedule:
Cocktail Hour from 6-7 pm
Cash Bar with passed appetizers (appetizers are included in the price of the dinner)
Dinner and Awards beginning at 7 pm (served family-style)
Greek and Antipasto Salads with Garlic Bread
Roasted Chicken and Lasagna
Pizza
Soft Drinks, Coffee and Beer* (*for those 21 and over)
Trio of mini desserts

Seating is limited and -- as has become our custom -- new GNR recipients and their nominators will have the right of first refusal. The remaining seats -- the quantity of which we are still not completely sure -- will be available for LTHForum.com members on a first come, first serve basis. Due to limited availability, we're going to set a soft cap of 80 tickets, to start. If additional seats become available, we will offer them here. The cost is $45 per person, all inclusive (plus a small service fee charged by EventBrite.com). This price includes cocktail hour appetizers, the meal, beverages with the meal (including beer for those 21 and over, soft drinks and coffee), tax and tip. Beverages during the Cocktail Hour are not included in this price. Each attendee will also receive the newly-updated 2009 GNR Pocket Guide, compiled by Ramon and the official 2009 GNR Poster, compiled by stevez.
If you'd like to attend the dinner, please post below with the number of people in your party. Shortly after you sign up here, we'll send you a PM containing detailed sign-up information and instructions on how to purchase your tickets. Links to ticket sales will be sent out in the order in which those requesting tickets have posted on this thread. Your reservations will be confirmed once you pay for your tickets at EventBrite.com, using the link that will be sent to you via PM.
If you have nominated a restaurant or resource and want to attend the dinner, please post here indicating so, just so we have a better idea of what kind of attendance to expect. In any event, we will send PMs to all members whose nominations are successful to confirm arrangements, whether they have posted here or not. Those whose nominations end up not being successful can procure seats through this thread, with the rest of the members who sign up here, in the order in which they've posted. To recap, everyone queues up here, recipients and successful nominators will have their orders filled first, everyone else gets their orders filled in the order in which they've posted here.
