If anyone is interested in attending the chefs holiday it is open to the public and $30. This year the Northern Illinois Food Service Executives, ACF Chicago Chefs of Cuisine and ACF Windy City Professionals will have a joint holiday party. If you like to hang out with chefs, here's your chance. Chef Michael Reich prepares a fabulous dinner each year.
