    The Polish National Alliance on Cicero north of Peterson (next to Whole Foods) is handing out free paczek on Tuesday 2/16 starting at 8am "until they last."

    Since we're on the subject, it's paczek (singular) and paczki (plural) -- no "s" neeeded. Or perhaps even more correctly, pa˛czek and pa˛czki.

    I live near the Polish National Alliance and plan on getting plural paczek "while they last" irregardless of weather they use an ~s~ at the end or knot.

    No, but the other thing that springs to my attention is a spelling error - it is my feeling that the grammar analists are a different breed from the spelling gnomes.

    I am definitely both, but I am generally restrained and keep most of my eye rolling and tsk-ing to myself.
