    We are very excited to be returning to Francesca's Tavola again for this wonderful evening of food and wine featuring the wines of Le Terrazze. Owner Antonio Terni will be on hand to talk about his family's long histoy in the Marche region of Italy and the wines. Not only are these dinners educational but they are a lot of fun and the lineup promises to be one of the best!

    Le Terrazze was first established in 1882 by Anontio's Grandfather. Mr. Terni is far from being a typical Italian winemaker, he is Argentinian-born who worked as a nuclear engineer before deciding to take over the family wine business. In the early eighties, he took Le Terrazze in a new direction by completely renovating the property and enlisting two of Italy's top wine consultants. Together they experimented with blends that included noble varietals such as Merlot and Syrah. In combination with Terni's signature dense Montepulciano, the team is able to produces some of Le Marche's most sought IGT wines.
