Join NAHA and Shedd Aquarium for a delicious prix fixe dinner highlighting sustainable seafood, created masterfully by 2008 James Beard Award Winner, Chef Carrie Nahabedian. This dinner will feature some of the finest appetizers, entrees, and desserts to be found in the city, complete with wine pairings for each course. Additionally, Shedd Aquarium experts will be present to discuss how our seafood choices can have an impact on the health of our waters worldwide.
Dinner begins at 6 p.m. Seating is limited and advanced registration is required.
