Start the night at Green Zebra, 1460 West Chicago Ave, for a four course dinner, paired with a selection of unique, seasonal wines from LUSH.

First
Heirloom radish & greek yogurt finger sandwiches/ Roasted beets with olive tapenade and spring mache

Second
Vidalia onion soup

Third
Grilled asparagus with preserved lemon, black garlic, prairie farms goat cheese/ Leek pancakes with pickled quail eggs, baby spring veggies

Fourth
Mushroom tortellini with rhubarb/ Anson Mill Grits with confit artichokes

Then walk down the street to the newest location of LUSH Wine & Spirits, 1412 West Chicago Ave, for a Sweets table. Enjoy Chef de Cuisine Molly Harrison’s toffee, fruit tarts, carrot cakes, and cupcakes paired with after dinner drinks from LUSH.
