The current GNR renewal period is merely an excuse. It's the great, unusual food that's the real reason Moetchandon and I will be dining at Chaihanna Wednesday night at 7:30. No less than LTHer and Reader food guru Mike Sula named Chaihanna's pickled watermelon, spicy eggplant, and chicken tabaka among the best things he sampled in 2008. We're hoping a bunch of LTHers will join us to up the ordering power.

Sorry, can't join you, but I'd like to add that the soups and the meat blintzes are not to be missed.

    Hi,

We're in for 4 people, though this could change to 2 if my son gets a better offer.

Tell Lucas he'll never get a better offer than one from me. Jen, we hope to see you there, too.

LOL, it's a better offer for us, not him. :D

It looks like Mr. X and I can make this. Do we have an estimate on cost per person?

No estimate, but it's not expensive. I'd be very surprised if it ended up over $30 pp incl tax and tip - it'll likely be less ... just my guess.
