I never heard Carlos Nieto refer to himself as a chef, he is more front of the house. I checked Happ Inn website to learn, "A collaborative restaurant by Carlos and Debbie Nieto and Chef Sam Luna." I think the library got caught up in their enthusiasm.
I wish I could be a two places at once. It sounds like an interesting series.
