Together with the Italian Trade Commission (ITC), Pastoral kicks off its fall season of classes and events with a three-week celebration of Italy’s best food and wine artisans.

Monday, September 27 – Tuesday, September 28
Formaggi e Miele: Wonderful Cheese & Honey of Italy
Taste some of Italy’s best handcrafted cheeses and accompaniments, plus meet the producers! Sample three Italian artisan cheeses—Rustica della Valle Taleggio, Pecorino Sardo and Ricotta al fumo di Ginepro—with perfectly paired monofloral honey from Mieli Thun and balsamic vinegars from Reggio Emilia.
