The
Grand Chefs Gala is a fundraiser to benefit the
Cystic Fibrosis Foundation taking place on Friday, January 28, 2011 at the Fairmont Chicago - Millennium Park. This year's theme is the Emerald City. The evening consists of a VIP reception, followed by hors d'oeuvres, a three-course dinner and, finally, desserts, cocktails and dancing. The
