    hi everyone,

    we are planning a tour of our new tofu facility for jan. 14, 2012 at 10am. please answer to this post if you are interested in attending. the tour will showcase the machinery we use to make tofu, the process itself, the different types of tofu, and a comparison to other brands of tofu made in chicago. if you are interested in a tour for another date and time, we will gladly make the arrangements but we do ask for at least a group of 10. hope to see you all soon!

    you know, if it's food you're looking for, why doesn't anyone just ask me??? hahahah!!! so around us, there's amelia's. literally around the corner and quite excellent for good mexican. they are a little slow in service though. i think they have one server. go a little further and there's zaragoza's. also excellent because i love bierria. =) potsticker house is also close. both of those places are probably 10-15 mins away from our plant. hope that helps with keeping stomachs happy.
