I'm again part of the planning committee for the Grand Chefs Gala to benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. The theme this year is Havana.
The main gala is a big ticket event, but my focus this year is to get folks to come out to the Nightcap after party, which features cocktails by such skilled folks as Stephen Cole of Barrelhouse Flat and Charles Joly of The Drawing Room, desserts by pastry chefs such as The Bristol's Amanda Rockman and Jessie Oloroso of Black Dog gelato, and dancing.
