Has anybody had Jeff's stuff at the farmer's market?
I was worried that Pilsen wasn't quite grown-up enough to pay for handcrafted pastries with real butter and organic flour, but so far I've been wrong. Jeff has been doing very well and everything that I've tried from baguettes, to danish, to bagels, to interesting savory loaves, to croissants, has been wonderful. I hope you go down and see him soon (and start a thread under Eating Out)!
