Czech-Sicilian dinner, Pilsen, June 10

This sounds like an interesting mix. I am planning to attend.

Pilsen’s Al Teatro Ristorante pays homage to the Czech and Bohemian immigrants who built its 1890s structure, as well as to the Sicilian birthplace of its owner, Dominick Geraci, at a dinner sponsored by Chicagourmets.

The menu offers a mixed table of Czech and Sicilian appetizers; tortellini in brodo; rainbow tomato salad; roast pork with fluffy dumplings and savory gravy; and steamed meringue pudding topped with grilled walnuts, blueberry sauce; all paired with Italian wines; plus house-made gelato or sorbetto.
